Storm Damaged Roof Leads To Water Damage In Home

Previous storms had caused severe damage to the roof of this home and the roof developed a leak. The leak allowed rainwater to enter the home and led to a collapse of the ceiling. Water came pouring into the home and damaged the floor and walls in this room.

When SERVPRO of San Marcos / New Braunfels arrived, we immediately started working on removing the standing water. We pulled out the flooring and drywall that had been damaged and placed drying equipment in the home to help the rest of the moisture evaporate more quickly.
