Travis Wright

Travis Wright is the Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO San Marcos/New Braunfels.

He has been with SERVPRO for 15 years and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Advanced Structural Drying. He is also a Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor, has Lead Hazard and OSHA training, and teaches Continuing Education (CE) Courses. 

Travis was awarded Employee of the Month for May 2021 for multitasking his Production Manager role and putting on his Salesperson hat to sign up jobs for our franchise while working on-call as a sales rep.

Born and raised in New Braunfels, this native Texan became a SERVPRO Ambassador at birth. 

He has a vast knowledge of restoration practices and has participated in many complex, large-scale restoration projects, including five flood disasters and a $1 Million fire restoration project.

When not at work, this left-handed production manager enjoys oil painting, creating music, hunting, fishing, and Flintknapping, which is the process of chipping away material from high silica stones like "flint" in a carefully controlled manner with special tools to produce sharp projectile points or tools.

Will Bryan

Will Bryan is one of the Production Managers at SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels.

Born and raised in New Braunfels, Will originally started as a Technician for our franchise, but after showing skills in the trade, he quickly made his way to Production Manager. 

As a part of our crew for the past five years, Will received numerous certifications: OSHA 10 Hr. General Industry, Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Water and Mold Damage Restoration.

In his spare time, you can find this outdoor enthusiast fishing, hunting, and camping. He also enjoys cooking for family and friends.

Will's resourcefulness in the Restoration Industry is one more reason we are thrilled to have this New Braunfels Native continue to be an essential member of Team SERVPRO.

Marc Haney

Marc Haney is one of the Production Managers of five years with our SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels Franchise.

He is certified in mold remediation and water restoration and is an excellent asset to our company. One thing everyone notices about Marc is how he'll always greet you with a friendly smile that is a bit contagious.

He also earned the Best Production Crew Chief Award for 2020. 

This Hereford, Texas Native, is the middle child with an older brother and younger sister. Marc's furry friend is a cat named porch kitty, and when he is not tending to his pet, you will find him fishing or reading a good book.

An interesting fact about this San Marcos resident is he spent several weeks studying abroad in Poland and Germany for a History Course at the college he attended.

Demi Hebert

Demi Hebert is the Office Manager for our franchise. She started back in April of 2014 as the Accounting and Human Resources Administrator.   This New Braunfels native received a certification with the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for water and mold remediation through TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation).

Demi earned numerous awards during her time with our franchise: the Shining Star Award in 2014, People's Choice Award for the following years: 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2020. She even won the title as Office Admin of the Year for 2019 and awarded the 2020 Manager of the Year.

Born in Corpus Christi and currently residing in Lockhart with her husband and their Catahoula Leopard named Pepper, this outdoorswoman loves hunting, fishing, reading a good book, and crocheting. Although she admits to not being the best of cooks, Demi enjoys baking bread and sweets.

An interesting fact about our new Office Manager is that she was knighted in the 5th grade for being respectful.

Mari Cruz

Mari Cruz is one of the talented Production Technicians at SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels.

Originally from Mexico City, Mari has been with our franchise for over 12 years and is bilingual. One thing you'll immediately notice about this San Marcos resident is her contagious smile.

Mari has 12 siblings and is the baby of the family. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her loved ones and playing with her seven grandkids. She is also a fantastic cook! Her tamales are some of the best around.

Anthony Jackson

Anthony Jackson is a Crew Chief, born in Moses Lake, WA but was raised in San Marcos, TX. Living an active lifestyle, Anthony enjoys all sports and bar-b-queuing. Anthony has worked for SERVPRO for nearly 5 years and has his WRT and Mold Worker Certifications.

Anthony is the recipient of the 2019 and 2020 Best Production Technician of the Year Award. He also received the title of Employee of the Month for both April and July 2021.

This U.S. Army veteran still holds those hard-working, go-getting, work ethics inside and outside of the company. Having one conversation with Anthony, you will feel a friendly disposition and that he truly cares about people.

Anthony is also a proud Dad of three kids and 4 grandchildren.

Sandra Lesa

Sandra Lesa is the Administrative Assistant with SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels.

She has been with our franchise for 10 yrs and holds certifications in the following: IICRC, water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and Xactimate 28; an exam verifying that the user has the fundamental skills required to create an estimate from start to finish.

Sandra earned numerous awards during her time with our franchise: Newcomer of the Year 2011, Certificate of Achievement in 2019. She even won the title Administrative Assistant of the Year in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Born and raised in San Marcos, Sandra thrives on doing her job at her best level. Perfection is her middle name!

This mom of three loves tubing on the river, fishing off the coast, relaxing on the beach, and barbecuing almost every weekend, even in the southern winter months. Her most cherished pastime is attending her grandchildren's sporting events and school functions.  

Sandra’s children are her best friends and the grandkids are her heart.

Ines Magana

Ines Magana is a Sales Representative at SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels. She has been a part of the company for two years, one year with our franchise. This California Native has a certification in Mold and IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification).

Ines prides herself in offering exceptional customer service throughout the San Marcos area. She even received the title for Employee of the Month in both March and July 2021.

Fitness and wellness play a huge role in this New Braunfels residents’ lifestyle. In her spare time, Ines enjoys time with family, friends, and costuming for cultural holiday events representing a part of her heritage.

Lisa Sparks

Lisa Sparks is the Accounting and HR Administrator for our SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels family.

Although she may be the latest addition to our franchise, Lisa actually started with a SERVPRO company in the Midwest.

Born and raised in Fenton, Michigan, Lisa worked for SERVPRO of Genesee/Fenton for 14 years in various positions within their office.

This mother of two daughters and Mimi to four grandchildren enjoys snow skiing, boating, and baking desserts in her spare time. She has also volunteered with the Salvation Army and animal shelters.

Since Lisa has such a huge heart for animals, the first thing she’d do if she won the lotto would be to open an animal rescue.

Mason McDaniel

Mason McDaniel is a Crew Chief that has been with SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels over the past two years.  

Mason received certifications in mold and (WRT) Water Restoration. He is experienced in both the HVAC and carpentry industry, specifically commercial cabling for Wi-Fi.  

Born and raised in New Braunfels, this father of two boys is the oldest of three siblings who happen to be twins, and happily took on the role as dog dad to their newest family member, Trixie.  

Mason's exceptional performance with each task given to complete, while showing great leadership skills with the crews he had assigned to him, earned this Texas Native Employee of the Month for February 2021.  

In his spare time, Mason loves watching his boys play t-ball, working on vehicles, off-road racing trucks, and is involved with car clubs. Mason also enjoys attending concerts and even has a bucket list of musicians he would like to see perform.

Steve Ruhoff

Born and raised in McLaughlin, South Dakota, Steve has two boys.

This former Army Veteran served for 12 years in the Medical Lab field. He holds a mold certification and IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification). Steve continues to carry his hard-working military ethics in-and-out of our company and enjoys traveling in his free time.

Crossing off visiting Belize is Steve's bucket list goal. 

Brendon Allen

Brendon Allen is a Production Technician with our SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels franchise.

Brendon has been with our company for almost two years. He has experience in the construction industry and holds a mold remediation certificate.

This Arkansas-born and raised newlywed loves animals and is looking to adopt fur babies with his wife, Brittany. In his spare time, Brendon enjoys fishing and uses his culinary skills to make all breakfast foods while hanging out with the family.

Whenever this San Marcos resident goes back home to visit his old stomping grounds in Hot Springs, he volunteers with a food drive initiative that delivers items to those in need.

Roderick Beard

Roderick Beard is a Production Technician with SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels.

Born and raised in Marlboro, Maryland, Roderick is a father of one and has been married to his lovely bride for six years.

This U.S. Marine veteran worked as an EMT while serving in the military. He also has experience in the field of construction.

Roderick loves football, skydiving, scuba diving, and mountain climbing.
An interesting fact about this San Marcos resident is the number of political figures he met while serving in our nation's armed forces.

There are a total of 8, which include: Ronald Regan, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell, and Condoleezza Rice. Roderick even received tickets from George W. Bush to attend a Baltimore Orioles game while he was stationed at Camp David.

Marissa Mendez

Marissa Mendez is one of our Technicians with SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels that comes with several years of experience in custodial services.  

Born in Austin then raised in San Marcos, this Texas Native has four girls and two boys.  

Marissa enjoys traveling, reading a good book, and spending time with her grandkids. She hopes to one day cross off visiting her two-bucket list destinations: Bora Bora in the South Pacific and Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

Betty Avalos

Betty Avalos is one of our Technicians with SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels that comes with several years of experience in custodial services.

Born and raised in Plainville, Texas, this mom of two girls also has two furbabies; Chihuahuas named Twinkie and Luna.

This San Marcos resident enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandkids, in her spare time. Betty loves traveling and going to parks to play basketball with loved ones. In addition, she has an exciting hobby shared with her brother. They run a business that creates balloon centerpieces, arches, and other décor for all occasions.

Betty’s bucket list trip would be to visit the Big Apple: New York City.  

Jordan Jennings

Jordan Jennings is one of the Sales and Marketing Representatives at SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels and is Austin born, Buda raised and currently resides in San Marcos, TX.

Jordan is the oldest sibling, with one younger brother. He also has an 8 year old dog named Rue. He loves cooking, the outdoors, tubing on the river, listening to live music, and traveling.

He also is involved with Amazon Vision Ministries where we went on medical, dental and construction missionary trips to aid the people of the Brazilian, Columbian, Romanian and Peruvian regions.

An interesting fact about Jordan is that he caught a Black Caimen (a species of large crocodilian and, along with the American alligator, is one of the largest extant members of the family Alligatoridae and other Crocodilia) with his bare hands during his missionary trips.

Nikki Seaton

Nikki Seaton is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels who was born in Georgetown, raised in Round Rock and currently resides in Austin, TX.

Nikki is a proud mom of an 8-year-old daughter and is the middle child to one older sister and one younger sister. She also owns 2 guinea pigs named Luna and Squeaks. In her spare time, she enjoys tubing on the river, hiking, gardening, traveling, fitness and attending concerts.

An interesting fact about Nikki is she changes her hair color periodically. You will always see her with blue, purple, red, or green hair.

Ambrose Garcia

Ambrose Garcia is the General Manager for SERVPRO of San Marcos, New Braunfels, Kyle, and Buda.  

He is a proud father of 2 sons and one daughter, and comes from a big family including 7 brothers and 1 sister. Ambrose was born and raised in Lockhart, TX where he enjoys barbecuing, hanging out with his family and his pug named Max. 

This Texas native comes from a career and experience being a first responder and is currently an active Firefighter/Medic for Caldwell County ESD2 Fire and Rescue. Ambrose enjoys serving our community and training the next generations of emergency service personnel. 

Lisa Young

Lisa Sledge is the Receptionist for SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels who has been a San Marcos resident since 1995.

Lisa is the eldest sibling to one younger brother and a proud mom of one. She currently does not have any pets but in the past owned chihuahuas for almost 35 years! When Lisa is not with her SERVPRO family she enjoys relaxing at the beach, working on puzzles, and enjoying time with her family.

A fun fact about Lisa is she also enjoys party planning in her spare time as she fulfilled by making others happy.

Pricilla Cruz

Priscilla Cruz is the Claims Manager with our SERVPRO franchise and was born and raised in Luling, TX.

She is a sibling of two 2 sisters and a fur mom to a shih tzu named Chico. Pricilla loves browsing through thrift shops, traveling, fitness and bowling in her spare time, along with hanging out with her family and eating pizza.

One place to visit on Pricilla’s bucket list is Spain and she is also aspiring to complete her masters degree in Biomedical Engineering to make prosthetics.

Janette Saldivar

Janette Saldivar is one of the newest Crew Chiefs for SERVPRO of San Marcos, New Braunfels, Kyle, Buda.  

She is originally from Harlingen, TX and is a sibling to 5 sisters and 1 brother. She enjoys traveling whenever she can and eating great food that’s reflect the different cities and states. Janette also enjoys swimming, reading, painting, baking and taking naps in her free time away from her SERVPRO family.
